UV Frosting Varnish

1) Surface: Ivory, faint yellow, cream, semi-fluid mass.
2) Curing speed: (120 W/cm ×2-3 Hgs, Lamp wavelength 250-400nm), Generally speak printing speed is 15-50m/min.
3) Screen meshcount: 200-300 meshcount
4) Diluent: UM series professional diluent .
5) Viscosity: 5000-30000 cps at 25℃.
Suitable substrate:BOPP matt film,PVC,PC,ABS,KT board(foam board),synthetic paper,etc
